Anand holds dual postgraduate degrees from the University of Madras. An IBM-certified AS/400 professional, he has continually updated his expertise in advanced IT technologies, including legacy systems, client-server, N-tier architecture, distributed systems, databases, etc. His specialization encompasses IT domains like ERP, CRM, SCM, EAI, system software, web technologies with the latest SMAC – Social Media, Mobile Apps, Analytics, and Cloud Computing, and IT network & security. With 33 years of experience in HR and Sales & Marketing IT Industry, HR is his forte, and recruitment is his passion. He excels in recruitment, talent management, training, capability development, and managing visa and immigration processes for international markets.

His subject matter expertise includes business project management (both onsite and offshore models) of BPO/KPO in commercial real estate services, consulting, and product management. Anand’s confidence, combined with his extensive knowledge of technology expertise, business processes & transaction management, quality management, people management, project management, change management, and knowledge management, enables him to deliver precise solutions at the right time and place. He is the founder and CEO of IBIT Global and previously held the position of Director for IBIT Europe Pvt Ltd, UK.
